Helping people break into farming
- 🇮🇳 Dwarka, Delhi, India
- Dwarka Youth Network
- Since 2001
- English, Tamil
For 25 years I've mentored people in farming and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Latha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Latha: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
