Latha D. Nayak
Volunteer mentor with Silverlake Learning Hub
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India

For 17 years I've mentored people in farming and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.

You helped me get my first farming job in 2011. I still have your notes. Greetings from Medellín.
