I taught French at Harbor High School in Mumbai from 1988 to 2008. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Latha
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
