Lata N. Chauhan
Finance mentor, Chennai
- 🇮🇳 Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Harmony Association
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 270 people through Harmony Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Lata
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
