Lata N. Agarwal
Volunteer mentor with Ashford Foundation
- 🇮🇳 Dwarka, Delhi, India

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,190 people through Ashford Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
What gifts mean to Lata: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.

You helped me get my first teaching job in 1987. I still have your notes. Greetings from Orlando.
