I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 18 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Lata: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
