Lasanthi Lakshmi Gunawardena
Mentor in finance and software
- 🇱🇰 Galle, Southern, Sri Lanka
- Starlight Mentoring Circle
- Since 2013
- English, Sinhala
For 13 years I've mentored people in finance and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Lasanthi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
