Larysa Sokolov

Helping people break into leadership

  • 🇷🇺 Moscow, Moscow, Russia
  • Lincoln Foundation
  • Since 2014
  • English
For twelve years I've mentored people in leadership and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

Areas of mentoring

What gifts mean to Larysa: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
