Larysa Maria Dmitriev
Traditional drumming player and teacher in Kharkiv
- 🇺🇦 Kharkiv, Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine
- 2001 to 2009
- English, Russian
I've played traditional drumming from 2001 to 2009, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 18 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I garden badly but happily.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Larysa
I wrote my first song when I was 13. It was terrible and I still love it.
