Larissa Rafaela Costa
Traditional drumming player and teacher in Contagem
- 🇧🇷 Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Northside Band
- Since 1982
- Portuguese
I've played traditional drumming since 1982, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 13 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Larissa
I write my first song when I was 16. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Larissa: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
