Mentor in engineering and leadership

For eight years I've mentored people in engineering and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
