Lanre Sani Bankole
Painter, potter and teacher at Old Kaduna Studio
- 🇳🇬 Kaduna, Kaduna, Nigeria
- Old Kaduna Studio
- Since 1999
- English, Yoruba
I work mostly in jewelry, sometimes woodcarving. My first show was in 1999 at Old Kaduna Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by markets and street scenes. I run most mornings.
More about Lanre
I've had 3 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
