Lanre Olumide Balogun
Watercolor and jewelry artist
- 🇳🇬 Kano, Kano, Nigeria
- The Kano Studio
- 2004 to 2019
- English
I work mostly in watercolor, sometimes jewelry. My first show was in 2004 at The Kano Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the changing seasons. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Lanre
I've had 7 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

I bought one of your pieces in 2012. It's still the first thing I see in the morning. Greetings from Galle.
