I taught social studies at Kano Girls' School in Kano from 2005 to 2022. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I played music while people worked.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Lanre
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Lanre: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
