Lanre Babatunde Jimoh

Cross country and fitness coach, Nsukka

  • 🇳🇬 Nsukka, Enugu, Nigeria
  • Nsukka Boxing Gym
  • Since 1979
  • English, Igbo
I've coached cross country at Nsukka Boxing Gym since 1979. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

More about Lanre

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Lanre: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
