Landon H. Ortiz
Master of carpentry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Columbus, Ohio, United States
- Maple Ridge Repairs
- Since 1985
- English
I've worked in carpentry since 1985. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,760 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 17 years later for another job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Landon
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Landon: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
