For 24 years I've run the rowing program at Erie Harbor Boxing Gym in Erie. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
More about Landon
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Landon: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
