I've spent eight years as a lecturer in organic chemistry at Rosewood State University in Dwarka. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a waiter and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Lamia
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Lamia: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
