Helping people break into engineering
- 🇧🇩 Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Gazipur Association
- 1991 to 2020
- English, Bengali
For 29 years I've mentored people in engineering and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Lamia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
