Runs the homework club in Colombo
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Redwood Food Bank
- Since 1983
- English, Sinhala
I've volunteered with Redwood Food Bank since 1983. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I fix old bicycles.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Lakshmi
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
Causes
What gifts mean to Lakshmi: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
