Lakshmi N. Mudaliar
Mentor in law school and design
- 🇮🇳 Surat, Gujarat, India
- St. Mary's Association
- Since 1993
- English, Telugu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,820 people through St. Mary's Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Lakshmi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Lakshmi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
