For 15 years I have been the early years teacher at Mumbai Primary School. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 900 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Lakshmi
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me early years in 2013 at Mumbai Primary School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays!
