Lakshmi F. Rao

Teaching mentor, Nagpur

🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
Nagpur Community Trust
1979 to 1999
English, Kannada

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 600 people through Nagpur Community Trust. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river. If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

More about Lakshmi

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
