Lakshmi E. Kumar
Mentor in small business and trades
- 🇮🇳 Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India
- Unity Mentoring Circle
- Since 2000
- English, Tamil
For 26 years I've mentored people in small business and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Lakshmi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Lakshmi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
