Lakshmi Balakrishnan
Helping people break into finance
- 🇮🇳 Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Andes Mentoring Circle
- Since 2002
- English, Kannada
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,100 people through Andes Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
