I've volunteered with Negombo Volunteer Corps from 1980 to 1998. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I take the work seriously, though not myself. Small habits keep a team together.
More about Lakmal
If you've ever been helped by one of our sessions, you're the reason we keep going.
What gifts mean to Lakmal: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
