35 years teaching social studies in Dehiwala
- 🇱🇰 Dehiwala, Western, Sri Lanka
- Brookfield Technical College
- Since 1999
- English, Sinhala
I teach social studies at Brookfield Technical College in Dehiwala since 1999. Most days I teach teenagers, and my door is open at lunch.
I've run the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I watch every football match going.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Lakmal
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
