For 17 years I've run the swimming program at Lahore Ashford Swimming Club in Lahore. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Laiba
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Laiba: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
