Laiba Aleena Sheikh
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇰 Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan
- 1999 to 2016
- English, Urdu
My trade is thatching. I opened my own shop in 1999 in Gujranwala and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
More about Laiba
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
