Helping people break into leadership
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Colombo Mentoring Circle
- Since 1978
- English, Sinhala
For 48 years I've mentored people in leadership and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
