Kyung-mi Ye-eun Hong
Mentor in law school and trades
- 🇰🇷 Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea
- Lotus Community Trust
- 2007 to 2018
- Korean
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 340 people through Lotus Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Kyung-mi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
