Kyung-mi Soo-ah Jung

Mathematics teacher at Seoul Middle School, Since 2006

I teach mathematics at Seoul Middle School in Seoul since 2006. Most days I teach teenagers, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk. I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Kyung-mi: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
