Kyung-mi Ha

First-generation students mentor, Busan

  • 🇰🇷 Busan, Busan, South Korea
  • Westbrook Mentoring Circle
  • 1994 to 2008
  • Korean, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 810 people through Westbrook Mentoring Circle. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
