Kylie M. Gonzales
First-generation students mentor, Kansas City
- 🇺🇸 Kansas City, Missouri, United States
- Redwood Foundation
- 1981 to 2004
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,360 people through Redwood Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Kylie
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
