I've spent 47 years as a lecturer in materials science at Kilimanjaro Polytechnic in Madina. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I'm always reading two books at once.
