I work mostly in calligraphy, sometimes street art. My first show was in 1980 at Old Madina Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by my grandmother's kitchen. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
