I've coached tennis at Ho Elmwood Swimming Club since 2007. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Kwadwo
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
