I coached netball at Kumasi Ashford Boxing Gym from 2005 to 2017. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
