I coached netball at Tema Heritage Swimming Club from 2007 to 2022. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

If you played for me, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
What gifts mean to Kwabena: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
