Baking for 27 years in Depok
- 🇮🇩 Depok, West Java, Indonesia
- Heritage Trades Guild
- 1996 to 2023
- English
I've worked in baking from 1996 to 2023. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,050 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I watch every football match going.
What gifts mean to Kurniawan: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
