Kurniawan Haris Sihombing
Taught social studies at Jakarta Barat Middle School
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Jakarta Barat Middle School
- 2004 to 2013
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Kurniawan
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Kurniawan: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
