Kunal M. Singh

Self-taught woodcarving artist

  • 🇮🇳 New Delhi, Delhi, India
  • New Delhi Print Workshop
  • Since 1988
  • English, Hindi
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes watercolor. My first show was in 1988 at New Delhi Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. Most of my work is inspired by folk tales I grew up with. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

I bought one of your pieces in 2001. It's still the first thing I see in the morning. Greetings from Boulogne-Billancourt.
