Kumari Kumari Jayasuriya
Mentor in leadership and farming
- 🇱🇰 Kandy, Central, Sri Lanka
- Kandy Community Trust
- 1981 to 2014
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,220 people through Kandy Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Kumari
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
