Kumari Buddhini Nanayakkara
Master of painting and decorating, now teaching apprentices
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Colombo Workshop
- Since 2001
- English, Sinhala
I've worked in painting and decorating since 2001. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 1,180 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 23 years later for another job.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Kumari
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
