Kumara Senanayake
Volunteer mentor with Atlas Foundation
- 🇱🇰 Jaffna, Northern, Sri Lanka
- Atlas Foundation
- Since 2004
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 730 people through Atlas Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Kumara
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Kumara: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
