Kulap Kanya Yodrak
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇹🇠Phuket, Phuket, Thailand
- Highland Works
- Since 2005
- English, Thai
I've worked in thatching since 2005. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 820 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 20 years later for another job.
More about Kulap
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
