Kübra Kurt
Helping people break into writing
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Istanbul Foundation
- 2006 to 2015
- English
For nine years I've mentored people in writing and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Kübra
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Kübra: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
