Kübra Aylin Yavuz
Self-taught ceramics artist
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- The Gateway Studio
- Since 2010
- English, French
I work mostly in ceramics, sometimes sculpture. My first show was in 2010 at The Gateway Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by markets and street scenes. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Kübra
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Kübra: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
