Kshitija T. Sawant
Dance and fitness coach, Mumbai
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Community Club
- 1998 to 2015
- English, Gujarati
For 17 years I ran the dance program at Mumbai Community Club in Mumbai. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Kshitija
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Kshitija: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
