Kshitija Bhide
Youth chess coach and mentor
- 🇮🇳 Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Parkside Sports Club
- Since 1998
- English, Gujarati
For 28 years I've run the chess program at Parkside Sports Club in Chennai. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Kshitija
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Kshitija: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
